Confirmed the following steps work: 1. install Ubuntu 24.04.2 2. sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y 3. enable pre-released updates (noble-porposed) 4. sudo apt update 5. apt install -t noble-proposed libmutter-14-0 && sudo reboot
