Public bug reported:

When using autoinstall (https://canonical-subiquity.readthedocs-
hosted.com/en/latest/intro-to-autoinstall.html) to do an offline
installation of Ubuntu since 21.10, the ubuntu-desktop-minimal package
will never be successfully installed since there is no way to prompt
snapd to skip the Firefox installation.

As a consequence of moving the firefox dpkg to a snap (and therefore
online) package, the firefox application should be removed as a
dependency of the ubuntu-desktop-minimal package and not be installed to
enable seamless offline execution of autoinstall.
