Public bug reported:

The deb version of fragments on the ubuntu repositories does not. The
main window lodas, but it remains empty and shows constant loading
animation.

I get the following message from terminal:

$ fragments
thread 'main' panicked at
/usr/share/cargo/registry/zbus-5.3.0/src/abstractions/executor.rs:189:27:
there is no reactor running, must be called from the context of a Tokio 1.x
runtime
note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace

The flatpak version of fragments works well, though (I removed all
traces of fragments from dconf-editor and from my home folder, but it
did not help).
