Thanks. As mentioned in comment #4, the recurring log messages are bug 1857392. But the fact that yours happen so frequently is unusual. The messages tend to happen when the dock gets recreated.
The second issue I can see is: bře 20 18:30:26 payne-desktop kernel: workqueue: nv_drm_handle_hotplug_event [nvidia_drm] hogged CPU for >10000us 35 times, consider switching to WQ_UNBOUND So those two seemingly unrelated issues could have the same root cause if the graphics driver thinks a monitor is being constantly unplugged and replugged. That suggests a problem with the monitor, its cable or in the port it is plugged into. I strongly recommend trying a new monitor cable. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2100475 Title: Whole display freezes in 1 second interval for a while To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/2100475/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
