Thanks. Your graphics drivers appear to be confused and a little broken,
which may or may not explain this bug...
* An external/unsupported/proprietary version of the 'amdgpu' driver is
installed (kernel and Xorg drivers).
* No proprietary Nvidia driver is installed.
* There is evidence you tried to disable Nouveau but there's a typo:
nouveaeu.modeset=0 should be nouveau.modeset=0
Most likely only the first point really matters here. So since that
driver did not come from Ubuntu we can't support it and this bug will be
closed.
Please try removing your custom AMD graphics driver and if problems
persist then open new bugs about them.
