Public bug reported:

Please remove libkgapi5 from Ubuntu. It has no reverse dependencies in
Debian or in Ubuntu. It uses qt5.
The replacement is libkgapi which uses qt6.

Also, see the upload log:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libkgapi5/22.12.3-3/+latestbuild/amd64

There is a NBS libkpimgapi-dev that needs to be removed from plucky. The
version in plucky is not built by the libkgapi source. And has no
reverse dependencies. It only shows on the NBS report as blocking other
removals.

libkpimgapi-dev | 23.08.5-0ubuntu3 | plucky/universe   | amd64, arm64,
armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

$ reverse-depends libkpimgapi-dev
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -b libkpimgapi-dev
