Argus reliably crashes immediately on startup on 24.04 for anything
other than "argus -h".

root@test2:~# argus -i lo

root@test2:~# argus -X
*** buffer overflow detected ***: terminated
Aborted (core dumped)

This is "argus-server/noble,now 2:3.0.8.2-2.3build1 amd64"

"argus-server/jammy,now 2:3.0.8.2-2.1 amd64" from 22.04 works reliably
on both 22.04 and when manually installed on 24.04.
