Public bug reported: depthchargectl builds ChromeOS capable boot images (similar to FIT) containing kernel, initrd, dtbs and command line and automatically writes them to the kernel partition on updates.
It doesn't not currently work on Ubuntu out of the box because it does not recognize our device tree install directory which is different from Debian.
