Public bug reported: As part of the building procedure, falcosecurity-scap-dkms runs a number on tests against the compiled module.
The test sinsp_with_test_input.EVT_FILTER_rawarg_madness highly depends on the endianness of the architecture on which the test is running on. In particular, the test fails on big endian architectures, like s390x. [ RUN ] sinsp_with_test_input.EVT_FILTER_rawarg_madness ./userspace/libsinsp/test/filterchecks/evt.cpp:237: Failure Value of: eval_filter(evt, "evt.rawarg.flags < 515") Actual: false Expected: true This makes the whole package fail to build on s390x. ** Affects: falcosecurity-libs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Assignee: Massimiliano Pellizzer (mpellizzer) Status: In Progress -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2100985 Title: falcosecurity-scap-dkms FTBFS in Plucky with 6.14 kernel on s390x To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/falcosecurity-libs/+bug/2100985/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
