Unfortunately the bug description includes little that will help anyone fix the issue that you have reported. Ubuntu developers need to know both the release version and kernel version that you are using. You have included neither of those. With no response to comment #1 your issue will go nowhere. So, with that said please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal: apport-collect 2098539 When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu- bug' and the name of the package affected.
