Tested successfully on Noble

1. Install proposed fwupd, allow unsigned firmware and restart the daemon
2. Update the dock successfully

$ sudo systemctl restart fwupd

$ sudo fwupdmgr install fw-file.cab --allow-reinstall
Waiting…                 [***************************************] Less than 
one minute remaining…
Successfully installed firmware
The update will continue when the device USB cable has been unplugged.
