[Summary]
The observabilityclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that
interacts with
Prometheus both through CLI and API.
The package is fairly simple and smal and in good shape.

- does not deal with system authentication (eg, pam), etc)

signing, ...)
