Public bug reported:

Package configuration prompt surfaced when system perform  sudo apt-get update 
and and sudo apt-get upgrade  somewhere around last week
and it informing user GRUB boot loader was previously installed to a disk is no 
longer present or unque ID has changed for some reason, the prompt further  
demanding  user to check again to make sure GRUB is written to the appropriate 
boot devices.

Checked UUID  in lsblk -e 7  -f and UUID in  cat /etc/fstab, both are
the same.
