*** This bug is a security vulnerability *** Public security bug reported:
Found out too late about the Problem. Corrupted my system via partial install. Seemed to have gotten past "Can't calculate ... ", and system froze when FAILED to install Chromium Browser. Don't want Chromium, didn't ask for it, etc. This was by SNAP ... Note: I have a Desktop - NOT a cellphone. Maybe put in OPTION to install or NOT install, so as to bypass, for anyone like me who for security reasons don't allow anything "google". Just saying! See further comments posted here; www.discourse.ubuntu.com/t/upgrading-to-24-crashes-at-install-chromium-browser/54454/3 Also, “No Network” showing in Plasma, when I actually had Connection. This prevented the system from upgrading. Too many failures.
