Public bug reported:
When using a Wayland session on Kubuntu 25.04 the caps key management
does not work as expected.
When I hit the right shift key once inside remote-viewer or inside virt-
manager all following entry will be capitalized as if I had enabled caps
lock. This cannot be reverted by hitting the caps lock key.
Only after switching the application on the host I can enter small characters
again.
