** Description changed: In Noble calamares minimal install removes kubuntu-desktop metapackage and kubuntu-settings-desktop package. This is not intended. The reason for the removal is that the plasma-welcome (wizard/welcome screen) package is rightly removed for the minimal install option, but both kubuntu meta and settings packages incorrectly depend on plasma- welcome instead of just a recommends. To correct this to make sure that our settings and meta packages remain installed, we need to drop those depends to the recommends.
