The package flite is already in Ubuntu universe.

The package flite build for the architectures it is designed to work on.

It currently builds and works for architectures: all Ubuntu
architectures (including i386)

[Rationale]
- The package flite is required in Ubuntu main to enable speech synthesis in 
webkit2gtk as was done in Debian.
