Public bug reported:

When putting my laptop on standby, the system stops working when
resuming it, just the mouse works, and the windows is stuck as it was
before the standby.
Steps to reproduce it

1) open a random menu/software
2) close physically your laptop (like folding the monitor and the keyboard
parts)
3) open the laptop again
4) reactivate your system
5) see that everything is sort of frozen
