I just installed 24.10 today on an rPi CM5 and it looks like I am
getting errors even with `3.107ubuntu13~24.10.1`:

```
root@cm5:~# apt-get upgrade flash-kernel
flash-kernel is already the newest version (3.107ubuntu13~24.10.1).
