Thanks Juerg! Any idea when 6.11 HWE might come out? And would that have been tested to work with 24.04?
I've also heard that 24.04.2, out in mid-Feb., will come with kernel 6.11. And, as alternatives, I could either install 6.11 manually (risk: might have bugs with 24.04) or use the software provided at https://github.com/jeremyb31/bluetooth-6.8.git (risk: the software may have malware). jeremyb31 says that what was necessary to get bluetooth working was to add the USB ID from the Bluetooth device to the module table. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2095367 Title: unable to enable bluetooth, but you have firmware installed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2095367/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
