Review:

* The plucky version has /usr/lib/firmware/firmware/
* The plucky version could address the silent-on-rules-requiring-root lintian 
complain
* The jammy and noble versions are no backports of the plucky version. So I 
suggest naming them 36.4.3-20250107174145-0ubuntu0.22.04 (or ubuntu0.24.04 
respectively) instead.
* Can upstream be convinced to do proper releases? So that the source does not 
need to be taken from their packaging? Then the upstream version would be 
36.4.3 instead of 36.4.3-20250107174145.
