I'm experiencing severe flickering when the mouse cursor is in the
bottom quarter of the screen. It stops when I move the cursor.

The proposed workarounds do not work for me.
I tried all suggested alterations to grub line GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT.
No luck.

Upgrade to 24.04 did not solve the problem.
