There is one unrelated issue I've seen.

With 6.12.3-061203-generic #202412060638 I can't start Virtualbox
(7.0.20) unless I first remove the kvm_intel kernel module (Virtualbox
claims it can't start under KVM - or something like that).

I don't (knowingly) have anything that is using kvm, but kvm_intel (and
kvm) are both loaded at boot time. I can remove both.

The 6.11 (Oracular and Mainline) kernels are both OK, so it would seem
to be a 6.12 thing.

Should I open a new bug report for this?
