As of today, I can say that deactivating TPM in the BIOS has permanently
solved the problems with suspend and resume for me. In the meantime, I
have also reactivated INTEL_IOMMU without any negative effects. All the
problems described no longer occur. It works as a workaround as long as
you don't have to rely on TPM at any point.
