[Bug 2091957] [NEW] .heic pictures from iOS 18 not shown

Public bug reported:

iOS 18 (introduced in 09/2024) changed their .heic picture format. *.heic 
pictures taken with the camera of iphones with iOS 18 are not supported by 
libheif 1.15. It is not possible to view them under Ubuntu 24.04 They will 
supported with a version 1.18.0 and any higher.
It will be necessary to update libheif within Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. In 24.10 it is 
already changed.
