Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 24.04.1 Gnome (Wayland)
(was not an issue in 22.04, but maybe because I was using Xorg)
When I open GNOME Settings -> Keyboard -> Japanese (Mozc) -> Preferences
Nothing happens.
It's supposed to open IME settings.
The JP Layout itself seems to be working.

** Affects: mozc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
