Public bug reported:

Hello,

maybe this only affects german keyboard-layout.

I have a problem since upgrading to Kubuntu 24.04 LTS, that I can no
longer use the keyboard shortcut "ctrl+shift+," in libreoffice calc.
This shortcut is used to enter current time, but instead a small context
menu pops up that contains the latest 5 elements from the clipboard
history. I couldn't find any documentation on this context menu and
found no way to disable it.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
