Add initramfs-tools script to mount efivarfs during initramfs boot

* Uploading to sid.
* Merging upstream version 4.3+20241108.
* Removing mdmonitor-service-simplify.patch, not needed anymore.
* Renumbering patches.
* Refreshing host-name-in-default-mailfrom.patch.
* Refreshing exit-gracefully-when-md-device-not-found.patch.
* Adding missing header to fix FTBFS.
