So, the diff is a whole bunch of different changes (including,
apparently, removing all the comments?!). This is not normally
appropriate for an SRU, particularly with a [Where problems could occur]
of “Expect further fixes”.

What is the *current* state of these webcams in Oracular? Are they
entirely non-functional, and so this is a strict improvement? *When*
should we expect further fixes? Should we be delaying updates until the
stack can be reasonably expected to work?
