Hello everyone, this bug report post is no longer expired. Because I found the reason why I'm having keyboard latency every time I use Ubuntu 24.10 to play games, the answer was ibus version 1.5.30 so when I downgrade it to 1.5.29 from Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, it just eliminated the latency.
I hope you Ubuntu developers fix the ibus version for Ubuntu 24.10 or later with updates if needed.
