Is it correct that Jammy and Noble do not have the fixed version (yet)?

I have a system that has very recently been upgraded from focal to jammy
and now the clock shows as UTC.

# timedatectl list-timezones | grep Vienna
Europe/Vienna
# timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Vienna
Failed to set time zone: Invalid or not installed time zone 'Europe/Vienna'

# lsb_release -a
