When installing Ubuntu: - Default or Extended selection? - Did you check "Install third-party..." and/or "Download and install support..."? - Did you uncheck "Require my password to log in"?
I did install in VM. For some reason in Regolith screen does not update unless I resize virtual machine window (I am using libvirt).
