Public bug reported:
Since the Kubuntu 24.10 (oracular) upgrade, qalculate-gtk is unusable
(doesn't start) and crashes with a core dump
I'm using KDE Plasma 6.1.5 and Wayland with nVidia 560.35.03-0ubuntu5
$ apt-cache policy qalculate-gtk

the only message in the syslog is the following
