Public bug reported:

I've used `qdbus` in scripts for a few years now, but since upgrading to
Kubuntu 24.10 today I found that any `qdbus` command fails with this
error:

```
qdbus: could not find a Qt installation of ''
```

I've confirmed through `qmake6 --version` that my apparent Qt install is
`Using Qt version 6.6.2 in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu`. Also `sudo apt
install qdbus-qt6` just says it's already installed and on the latest
version.
