Public bug reported:

I have 3:rd party packages installed (KDE4) but now the gnome update
thingy wants to to do a dist upgrade but fails and complain about that
it could not authenticate some packages.
Why does it not give the option to ignore like for the normal update
procedure?

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
