Public bug reported: At first or after reboot, application launch is so slow, such as Nautilus, LibreOffice, GNOME Settings, etc. However Firefox launches normally. Sometimes shutdown also takes a very long time. Usually this is nvidia problem, but I can't similar issues or bug reports with the same title.
