I have the same problem. I downloaded the latest release (currently
1.68.1), and that worked just fine.

Going over the upstream release notes[1], there are fixes for it:

1.65.1:

I tried one of the fixes[2] real quick, and it doesn't apply cleanly to what we 
have in noble/oracular.
