They are updated without issues, and no longer removed with "apt autoremove".
The thing is - netplan is not listed in "The following packages were 
automatically installed and are no longer required:" but upon execution it is 
removed, as visible in the bug report. If the package is held back for upgrade 
using apt, it should not be removed?
