1 Yes, the databases I expected to be transferred are in the MAIN cluster, so *should* have been set up in the new 'postgresql-16' main cluster; and pg_upgradecluster *should* have changed the ports set for the '14' and '16' instances. Neither happened.
2 pg_upgradecluster gave me problems after the 18.04 LTS to 20.04.1 LTS; it ran perfectly after the upgrade to 22.04.1 LTS; and failed again this time. And I still think that bug #2078494 is probably very closely related to this current bug (#2081996). 3 I propose to recreate the databases manually (and therefore destroy the evidence!) if there are no further comments in the next 7 days ... -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2081996 Title: After upgrade to 24.04.1 LTS pg_upgradecluster fails to upgrade To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/postgresql-16/+bug/2081996/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
