Public bug reported:

Hi all! In Ubuntu 24.10 (for developers) I found a bug where
Gnome-System-monitor does not correctly reflect the consumption of RAM. To play
the bug, we need:
Open GNOME-SYSTEM-monitor
Open the terminal
Write a command free or htop
We see the consumption of RAM. As it should be: in Gnome-SoStem-monitor Freet
or in htop should match the consumption of RAM
How it turns out: in different packages, different display of RAM consumption
gnome-system-monitor version 47
