I also took a look at /var/log/syslog, though it's a general log, and I'm not sure how to filter the lines related to the mentioned problem. How did you proceed? I'm quite inexperienced when it comes to VPN connections, but I was just supposed to use that software. I wonder how I can help experienced people in helping me. Thanks!
