Public bug reported:

The version we currently ship is based on a git snapshot somewhere
between versions 0.5.1 and 0.6.1 instead of a proper release. I think it
would make sense to update to v0.6.1 as an actual release which is
properly supported by upstream.

Release log: https://github.com/bgp/stayrtr/releases/tag/v0.6.1

Notable changes include a y2038 fix, memory management improvements and
a change of default protocol from RTR 2 based on an unreleased draft to
RTR 1 from RFC8210

The package is in universe and has no downstream dependencies so the
risk of breakage seems relatively low.

** Affects: stayrtr (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
