Public bug reported:

hello

After receiving first message during upgrading from 22.04 LTS to 24 "An
unsolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade"

I checked and found this answer to go to 22.10:
sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y

I tried it and now i got this:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 shim-signed : Dépend: grub-efi-amd64-signed (>= 1.191~) mais
1.187.6+2.06-2ubuntu14.4 devra être installé ou
                        grub-efi-arm64-signed (>= 1.191~) mais il n'est pas
installable ou
                        base-files (< 12.3) mais 13ubuntu10.1 devra être
installé
