I have a AMD64 using the WMPG54 Linksys card. I upgraded from 6.10 to 7.10 and my wireless stopped working! I found that on any connect my 2WIRE DSL modem will go DOWN. I didn't think this could be possible. I am only using a WEP 64 bit security (low) and still the connect message sends my router in a router reset. I verified this same problem on the LIVECD and I was forced to reload to go back to 6.10 so that I have a wireless connection again.
