I'm not really sure why it was the case, but I able to temporarily (10
minutes or so) fix the audio problem in my Lenovo Legion Pro 7 16IRX9H
following the comment here:

(wasn't really worth it as I had to restart and it didn't last enough

I'm running Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS with 6.8.0-41-generic kernel.
