Expected behavior:

will succeed.

Unexpected behavior:
Building an app that uses boost.asio (1.28.0 or any >=1.10.9) with SSL support
results in undefined symbols at link time.

Ubuntu openssl 3.0.2 and 3.0.7 provide libssl.so.3 (and .a) that lacks 6
function implementations:

SSL_CTX_set_max_proto_version
SSL_CTX_set_min_proto_version
SSL_set_mode
SSLv23_client_method
SSLv23_method
SSLv23_server_method

although they are declared in the openssl ssl.h header file.
