We discovered this issue in Oracular (24.10) during our testing
livestream.

When you switch between virtual workspaces on GNOME using the keybinding
`ctrl` + `alt` + `left-arrow/right-arrow`, if you have a window open
with a focusable input area like a text field, you will get a indefinite
event stream of left arrow or right arrow key presses. For example, the
text editor caret will indefinitely move to the left in PyCharm or
VSCode until you interrupt it with another arrow key event.
