We discovered this issue in Oracular (24.10) during our testing livestream.
When you switch between virtual workspaces on GNOME using the keybinding `ctrl` + `alt` + `left-arrow/right-arrow`, if you have a window open with a focusable input area like a text field, you will get a indefinite event stream of left arrow or right arrow key presses. For example, the text editor caret will indefinitely move to the left in PyCharm or VSCode until you interrupt it with another arrow key event. Here is a video demonstrating the issue in VSCode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuZpHG9FkYM -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2074038 Title: key is spammed when switching workspaces To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2074038/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
