Issue can be reproduced.

[Steps]
1. Flash image genio-classic-desktop-2204-20240322-185 and boot into OS
2. Upgrade to the latest kernek version via command `sudo apt upgrade`
3. Plugt the serial cable for debugging, reboot DUT and append the 
"display-hdmi.dtbo" to list_dtbo variable in u-boot to configure the DUT as 
HDMI only
4. Make sure the DUT has booted up successfully via debug console
5. Plug HDMI cable to DUT and check there's video output on external HDMI 
monitor
