proposed:
* Cloud image upgrade: OK
- grub-{efi,pc}/cloud_style_installation not present before upgrade, set to
true after upgrade
* Server install upgrade: OK
- grub-{efi,pc}/cloud_style_installation not present before upgrade, set to
false after upgrade
Verification done.
