Public bug reported:

The orange outline appears even when a window is not being tiled, and
when it is tiled, it is displayed wrong.

Here is a video and a few screenshots showcasing the issue. When I turn
off the gnome extension, it stops being an issue, so I assume the fault
is within this package.

I'm using Ubuntu 24.04, and presumable the latest version of
gnome-shell-extension-tiling-assistant, as my system is up to date.
